To protect patient safety and comply with pharmacy and medical regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed. Because medications are prepared and provided specifically for each patient, they cannot be reused, resold, or redistributed.
For this reason, all prescription medication sales are final.

Consultation fees, clinical services, and treatment plans are generally non-refundable once services have been provided. However, if a billing error or administrative issue occurs, we will work promptly to correct it.
